[1] In Milius' script, during the Wolf Witch's transformation, we also see "smoke rising in serpentine whisps from her nostrils, her tongue darts out--forked" (this smoking nostril effect was re-hashed and used in CONAN THE DESTROYER, in the dueling wizards scene). Also, she throws in her scaled bird/reptilian-like fingers. Clearly, the Wolf Witch was in league (a minion) with Set, as she has the serpentine-like qualities. Though in Milius' script, she is more indirect in her affiliation, whereas in Stone's, she is much more direct.
